Starters
- The gourmet plate with semi-cooked duck foie gras, gingerbread and mango confit
- Warm goat cheese salad, baked in the oven, honey and Provence herbs on its country toast
- Fresh salmon fillet just seared

- The homemade lamb sweetbread casserole
- Piece of beef a la plancha, candied shallots
- Poached sea bass fillet, green olive oil
- Delight of hot foie gras, apples & grapes
- Hot soufflé with Grand Marnier & its sorbet (House Specialty)
Desserts
- The large all-chocolate macaroon
- Tatin tart with hot apples and vanilla ice cream
- Crème brûlée with brown cane sugar
- Last, but not least, "Coffee with mini-desserts".

Wines
Among the selection of local wines (Madiran, Côte de Saint-Mont, Tarriquet, and Tursan), Philippe Labadie also offers some very fine wines such as Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil or sweet Coteaux de Chalosse, and favourites such as Château Haut Marbuzet (Saint-Estéphe) or Château Galeteau (Saint Emilion).
